I just realized that I have been taking too much progesterone and I am worried that I have messed up my upcoming embryo transfer! It is confusing because the prescription label says one thing and the instructions from my clinic say another. And I could have swore the nurse that gave instructions said something else! Anyway, I have been taking 1ml intramuscular injection one in the morning and once at night. I have seen vlogs of other women doing that too. Turns out, I am only supposed to be taking 1ml once per day! Did I mess everything up? Could I make myself sick? It is after hours, so I cannot call my clinic and I am sure it will take them a while to answer my question anyway. Anyone else do this and learn the hard way? Or know if this is ok? Help!
